The 66th Grammy Awards nominees have been revealed, which is a momentous occasion for the world of music communication.

Regretfully, the remarkable works of Ghanaian artists Stonebwoy, Rocky Dawuni, Amaarae, MOG Music, and Juls, who submitted them for consideration, were not nominated.

South Africa's Tyla and Nigerian artists Burna Boy, Davido, Asake, Olamide, and Ayra Starr are highlighted in the Best African Music Performance category.

 The nominations highlight the rich diversity of music across the African continent, even in the absence of any Ghanaian nominees. With a nomination for "Sittin on Top of the World," a song featuring 21 Savage, Burna Boy further cements his global influence and highlights the ongoing acknowledgement of African brilliance on the global scene.
