The minister, who forecasted the passing of Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, Bishop Stephen Kwesi Appiah, prominently known as Jesus Ahuofe of the New Life Kingdom Chapel, has been remanded.
This was after he argued not liable to the charge of causing trepidation and frenzy under the watchful eye of the Circuit Court, managed by Her Honor Mrs Ellen Offei Aryeh.
In court on Thursday, October 21, counsel for the denounced individual Martin Kpebu, while petitioning God for bail, said his customer was unwell.
Yet, he didn't give any piece of proof to help his contention. The arraignment, driven by Chief Inspector Dennis Terkpetey, went against the award of bail.
